While our formulations are designed to be nourishing and family-conscious, please read the following carefully before use.
Age, Essential Oils & Safety
Some Jamylla Alaythia Beauty products contain essential oils. While natural, essential oils may cause sensitivity in babies, toddlers, or individuals with sensitive skin.

Product Variations & Storage
Our products are preservative-free and made with natural ingredients, so variations in texture, color, and scent may occur due to temperature, climate, or seasonal ingredient differences. This is normal and part of the natural, handcrafted process.

In warm temperatures, butters may soften or melt, and oils may change in viscosity or appearance.

If a butter melts, place it in a cool area or freezer for 30–60 minutes to allow it to firm.
If a butter cools unevenly after melting, a slightly grainy texture may occur. This is normal and does not affect product performance. To restore a smoother, balm-like consistency, gently re-melt the butter by placing the closed jar in a bowl of warm water until fully softened (do not boil or overheat). Once melted, place the jar in the freezer for 30–60 minutes to allow it to cool evenly. The butter will set into a smooth balm and is still perfectly safe and effective to use.
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight to maintain freshness and quality.
